Jeremy Whitton Spriggs is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, with a degree in Land Economy. He became a Professional Associate of the RICS in 1974 and a Fellow in 1985. He has worked as a surveyor both in the UK and abroad; for internationally renowned firms of surveyors and as an independent consultant. Whilst acting as a consultant to the European Real Estate and Construction department of the American conglomerate Litton Industries, he oversaw projects and facilities from Bergen to Belfast and from Aberdeen to Damascus.
He has served as a councillor on South Cambs District Council, lectured at Cambridgeshire College of Arts and Technology (now Anglia Ruskin) and appeared as an expert witness in the High and County Courts, at planning appeals and before the Lands Tribunal. |
