Building Survey

This type of survey comprises a comprehensive inspection and a detailed report on the property and its condition. This will include photographs both as an overall record and to illustrate issues of concern. This survey can also include provision for elements of specialist investigation, for example to assess potential structural or drainage issues. A full Building Survey requires a highly competent professional, experienced in diagnosing and even predicting problems. Finding defects at this stage could save you money on repairs or even legal action later on.
